Tanner Griggs '24 Recruiting Profile

        Hello, my name is Tanner Griggs. I am going to be a senior this upcoming fall at Collegedale Academy, in Chattanooga, TN. I am going into this summer seeking to push beyond my personal limit, giving it my 100%, and leaving it all out there. I want this summer to be of no regrets and for it to be a good lesson to me looking back. I‘m going into my senior year being the #1 seed on my high school team. I want to lead by experience and maturity. Even though I am not ranked in AJGA or JGS yet, I am determined to establish myself as a golfer in playing more competitive tournaments. I think what makes me different is my drive and aspiration to be the best. I am a perfectionist, and if it wasn’t for my parents calling me to come home every night from the course, I would be out on the putting green trying to make 50 in a row. I believe I bring a sense of determination to a team and can work together with my teammates to create a bond, that becomes less of teammates and more as brothers.
