My love for the game started way back, even before my first memories. I see photos of myself still in diapers swinging the club. That spark of love I had for for the game, has now become a full fledged, blazing fire. Golf has gotten me through many a tough time and has had a definite impact on the person I am today. I know playing collegiate golf is quite an accomplishment and I know I can make this dream of mine happen. It will take hard work, grit and sheer determination and I am up for that challenge.
I am the hardest working person on the course, and I work even harder in the classroom. I study hard and work diligently to maintain a high G.P.A, while challenging myself by taking honors classes. I would like to go to a college that challenges me both academically and atheletically, and helps me prepare for life after college. My hope is to find the right fit of a coach that believes in me and pushes me both mentally and physically. I hope to have teammates that encourage and respect one another and the game.
I consider myself a well-rounded individual on and off the golf course. I am always trying to better myself. Whether it is volunteering at a soup kitchen, adopting a needy family at Christmas time or even just helping a neighbor with some overgrown weeds, I realize the importance of integrity and honesty in whatever you choose to do and hope to incorporate those values into being the best college athlete I possibly can.
