I would be an excellent addition to your college team because I am a driven and passionate leader. I am a student-athlete at heart, and I understand academics come first.
As a student/future career, I would love to study Forensics/Criminology and become a forensic psychologist. I have wanted to study this since I was in sixth grade, and it has never changed. Along with Forensics/Criminology, I will either teach myself or take a class on American Sign Language. Once I am fluent in Sign Language, I want to coach deaf children and give them the love of the game. Instead of vocal communication, I can use body language or even flashlights to help them learn the sport.
In my sophomore year, I took AP Psychology, and I loved it. I also took ASL in eighth grade, and I have never forgotten it. Now when I see people signing, I walk up to them and have a conversation with them. To me, it is one of the best feelings to do this because you know you made their day, and the face they make when you sign to them makes you feel amazing.
Along with academics, soccer is my passion. I have played since I was four years old, and I have always loved the game. The game has taught me so many life lessons and has shaped me as a person. One of the best lessons the game has taught me is how to work as a team. This lesson will help me with my career and in life. I play soccer because it is my love and because it is a way I can make a difference in the world. I have always wanted to play college soccer and make a difference in the soccer community. With my drive and determination, I know I will do good for the sport. I want to give back to the community and help girls develop drive and motivation. I want to be as impactful as Carli Lloyd, Lindsey Horan, and Rose Lavelle have been for me.
