Owen Parks '25 Recruiting Profile

            As a athlete and as a student I have been taught throughout the years many things and none as important as working your hardest even when no one is watching. This probably applies to everything you do for example writing an essay instead of using an essay typer or putting in a few lackluster paragraphs I write non stop until I am somewhat okay with it then I proofread it then I have it peer reviewed until I have this masterpiece that is going to get me a good grade or when I have the weekend of I go to the local rink and work on my shot off the rush for an hour instead of sitting on the couch watching tv all day. I believe hard work is extremely important in life and is something that can get you places where you want to be. This is what can get me a bachelors degree and something that can get me into a nice college as well as something that can get me far with my sport. Mainly this just makes me a better person and a better teammate.
