Since the age of 4 years old, I've been playing Hockey and have progressed tremendously as a very well rounded player. Both my parents are such substantial influences on me, and I would have never acquired any interest for Hockey or many other sports if it wasn't for their constant push to strive and be the best that I can be. 

My ambition is to attend a University and play Hockey at a high level and I plan to study business and finance for my future career. Throughout my schooling and my athletic career I have always strive for my personal best. I am very driven to succeed and it's this drive that has made me a great Hockey player and good student.

My leadership qualities can be seen throughout my Hockey career as I have been captain and have led my team, through being a good example. I have always strive to pass on my passion for the game, my determination and my competitive edge. My coach always looks to me to be the one who sparks energy within our team and to motivate my teammates in difficult moments of the game.

Although playing professionally is my dream, I know that my education is of the utmost importance. Attending University will allow me to achieve both my goals which is to get an exceptional education and play Hockey at an elite level.
