Hurst Tasha '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, 

My name is Hurst Tasha. I am currently a Junior attending Cushing Academy. I am a hardworking and dedicated student-athlete with hopes of playing at the collegiate level. 

As a goalie, my mental game is strong which is what I believe keeps my game grounded but propels me into playing at the higher levels of competition. On the ice, I offer a raw talent with a “never give up attitude” making me a fast and agile goalie. 

While there is no magic formula to this process, I believe one of my greatest assets to a potential team, is my ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout any situation while still offering my support to my teammates and peers both on and off the ice. My willingness to learn from one another and to support each other in both situations I believe is one of my greatest strengths. 

In the classroom, I am a serious student who puts a premium on my studies as I firmly believe my academic achievements are my biggest priority! I complete assignments to my fullest ability, in a timely fashion, and come to tests prepared with a positive attitude. An eagerness to learn and help learn from my peers are some of my greatest strengths in life.
