Jack Buonato '24 Recruiting Profile

From the day I stepped on the ice as a little kid I knew playing hockey was what I wanted to do with my life. As of right now, I am just enjoying the process and working every single day to get to where I want to go.  I aspire and have goals to go d1 in hockey and I make sure daily that I work on and off the ice to make sure my goals are  achieved. I am a good student and have never had problems in the classroom or with grades. Since a kid I have maintained straight A's with B's once in a while. What makes me different from other athletes is my drive and work ethic. I make sure that everyday I wake up, no one will outwork me or take my spot. I make sure I stay on top of my school work and I always maintain high standards for myself. I have always been hard on myself and I hold myself accountable so I am constantly separating myself from my competition. My dream is to one day represent a d1 school as an athlete, student, and person.
