William Colbert '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal primary goal is to further both me education and my athletic career at a, proven to be, challenging school both academically and athletically.  

As an athlete I believe I am different, in character, from others because of my ability to lead my peers both on and off the field. I am confident that I have proven myself as a leader and not a follower, so that my teammates have a good example to follow.  Athletically I believe i am different from others because I play multiple sports which has helped me progress as a lacrosse player. I am both physically and mentally tough from competing in football, and I have strong characteristics from basketball which have transferred to the lacrosse field. Finally in the classroom I separate myself from other student athletes by putting in just as much, if not more, effort and attention into school than sports. I push my self to do better even in more difficult classes by taking multiple honors and AP classes while also performing on the field.
