My name is Ted Turner. I am a junior at Naperville Central High School, a large school (3200 students), located in the western suburbs of Chicago. I weight 155 pounds and am 6 feet. While I have typically been one of the fastest players on any team, I am currently in a speed and agility program in preparation for the spring season. My one rep max for bench press is 200 and my max for squat is 315. In my freshman year, 2009, I started for the frosh/soph team and during my sophomore season, 2010, I was a starter on the JV team. In the summer of 2010, I was selected to play for Lacrosse America's Team Illinois, a highly competitive travel team in Illinois. One of the major tournaments we participated in was the Gait Cup National Tournament in Gettysburg. In the Fall and Winter of 2010, I was selected to play for New Wave's U-17 A team. We just came back from our major tournament which was the Adrenaline Challenge in San Diego. I am open to many different schools and location is not a critical issue. I would prefer a place with warm weather but I am used to cold weather. I am unsure about what I would like to major in at this point. One of the goals I have for college lacrosse is to get playing time in my first two years.
Here is another highlight reel besides the one I have on my profile:
