I am very interested in playing Men’s Soccer in college. I am a high school junior and I will graduate in 2022 with a 3.85 gpa (current, but plan to maintain or improve this gpa) I have been playing soccer with my current club, Juneau Soccer Club, since 2008 where I transitioned to high school where, during the 2019 soccer season I was the lead scorer, with 13 goals, for our team and led the Falcons to the top of the conference and the state play offs for the first time in program history with a 9-8-1 record. I earned a varsity letter as a freshman and was looking forward to the 2020 season with excitement and anticipation. My favorite experiences throughout my soccer career have been; growing as a player through the years of training with Juneau Soccer Club, traveling to Seattle for Sounders Academy camps, guest playing for other teams and meeting new people, playing with ADP and being able to travel outside of Alaska, playing high school soccer and lastly, being chosen for the Rush Select team and traveling to Sweden for the Gothia Cup. It was eye opening to play internationally. During high school, in addition to forward, I also played center back and helped to minimize scoring opportunities for our opponents by playing the position with physicality, strength and situational awareness. I believe that my versatility is an asset and I am equally comfortable playing in offensive or defensive positions. I have been committed to improving my speed during the off season. I am also the kicker for my high school football team and was 41:44 for pat's on the season. I also recently kicked a 53 yard field goal during off season practice and if I am able to do that during a game it will set a new high school record for Alaska. I am committed to doing what it takes to excel on the field and in the classroom in college. Please see my soccer resume (under training) for a breakdown of my experience as a soccer player. As my soccer resume shows I have dedicated a great deal of time to working to be the best soccer player that I can be by giving myself every opportunity to get touches on the ball.
