I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old. Ever since I started playing soccer I knew I wanted to study some form of health and sports. I didn't really know the different paths until I was eleven years old. When I was eleven I looked through different carreer paths and decided that I really liked the idea of becoming a physical therapist. As I have grown older and talked to different physical therapists from Juneau and a few outside of Jiuneau I really realized it was something I wanted to do. When I was in seventh grade I told my dad I wanted to play as a goalkeeper, so he helped me learn the position and I went on my first big tournament. When I started my freshman year in highschool I told my dad I wanted to get serious about soccer. I stayed as a goalkeeper but told my coach I wanted to have some more field time. He said he wanted to try something and he put me in left midfield. Throughout my sophomore year I split my time in net and on field and through Junior year and Senior year I hope to continue growing as an athlete.
