Personal Statement
My name is Alexandre Montoya and I am a part of the 2024 graduation class. Since I was 3 years old my only passion was to play soccer and I have no doubts about wanting to play in college.
I attend St John Paul II High School where I maintain a 4.3 GPA. At this rigorous Catholic High School, I am pushed to a high academic level, and I look forward to going to a college that will continue this education for me. I always push myself to be the best, both in the classroom and on the field, and understand what it takes to be successful.
I play the 7 or 11, but am comfortable playing the 9 as well. Some coaches also like playing me in the 8 or 10 positions, because of my ball control and ability to see the field. My coaches recognize me as being a top player because of my ability to read the game and always be at the right place at the right time.
