Personal Statement

As a student-athlete, I have been raised by my parents to focus more on my education than on my sports. In choosing a college/university to continue my journey I am looking for one that can provide a balance in my educational wants and needs , being involved and part of a community, a positive and productive culture as well as my athletic desires. Soccer is where my heart is but there is more to me. My goals are to have a career in a sports field because I cannot see myself enjoying life without being involved in sports. I am a hard working, dedicated, kind hearted, helpful, and a smart person. I am very close with my family and keep them up to date on everything because they have done more than enough to help me get to this point in my academic and soccer career. I am looking forward to enrolling in a college/university that can respect my family and the work they have done for me and can respect my goals and wishes and help lead me into a strong career in business and/or soccer.

The Billiken Prospect Camps are designed to give players exposure to college coaches, training sessions, matches, and an overall insight into a college soccer environment. Led by the Saint Louis University Men's Soccer staff, this camp is a great opportunity for players serious about soccer who aspire to develop in the game. In addition to the SLU men’s soccer staff, Saint Louis University players will be on hand, giving additional knowledge of the college game and experience. Campers will take advantage of full training sessions and matches. This is a great opportunity to see our beautiful campus, practice at our facilities and feel the experience of a Billiken.

2021-22 ODP Evaluation By Marek Radziszewski (ODP Coach). Daniel is athletic which allows him to make some terrific saves. In addition, he is confident with the ball at his feet and is very creative in how he solves problems with the ball at his feet. This is fantastic because not all goalkeepers have this. Where I think Daniel can improve is in his handling and coordination moving across the goal. While catching the ball, he tends to jump which causes his entire body to move which makes it much harder to catch the ball cleanly. His coordination moving across the goal can be improved by individual agility exercises and complimented with activities that move across the goal.

Ball seems to stick on a save. Balls At Feet - Comfortable with ball at feet and serving as a safety net for you defender. Tactical Abilities - 81 / 100 Defensive Awareness - Understands team defensive schemes, shows understanding of positioning and angles. Group Play - Play was elevated in team activities. Great understanding of your roles and responsibilities within a team. Physical Abilities - 81 / 100 Explosiveness - Great quickness and explosiveness, especially in the first step or two. Balance - Seemed to handle the challenges you faced well. Good job staying on your feet and not getting knocked off the ball. Mental Abilities - 84 / 100 Coachable - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process. Passion For The Game - Brings energy to every session that was contagious. Great approach to the game! Coach's Comments Daniel got good technique, and is a goalkeeper that has great passion for the game. He's competitive, eager to learn, and has great work ethic which easily can be seen. As a 2023 grad, there are enough time for Daniel to be able to develop physically, and also to perfect his goalkeeping so that when it comes to it, he will be a good college prospect.

Elon men's soccer head coach Marc Reeves will be hosting a one-day ID clinic series at Bryan Park in the summer of 2021. The ID clinic provides high school players an opportunity to impress and work with college coaches. "Our one-day clinics have been extremely valuable in getting to work directly with players who have a true interest in our program," said Reeves. "A player's attitude and work ethic is as big a piece to us in recruiting as well as their technical or athletic qualities."

The College Preparatory ID Clinic is designed for high school age players looking to experience the level of a NCAA Division I program including dynamic training sessions, an introduction to strength and conditioning, and competitive games. Players will receive information regarding the NCAA eligibility process. At this camp, We have educated over 400 campers, with the majority attending two and four year universities. Our stated goal: To introduce and educate all of the camp participants to understand the Division 1 training and playing standards, the overall demands of this level, athletic and academic requirements, the recruiting process, and ultimately, the expectations of the Collegiate student-athlete by coaches and current and former players who have found success at this level.

2019 Valparaiso University VIP Summer Camp

The purpose of this camp will be to provide college bound soccer players an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities through exercises centered on speed of play, decision-making, competitiveness, and team play, all while being evaluated by the Valparaiso University Men’s Soccer coaching staff and other elite coaches from the college ranks. In a high-intensity training environment similar to the environment they will experience at the college level, players will be engaged in smaller playing environments to maximize the amount of touches on the ball. This smaller playing environment will create greater opportunity for the prospective student athletes to be involved and will show the coaches in attendance how the players perform in high pressure situation

Paws Goalkeeper Academy

Each week this 90 minute session is designed specifically with the goalkeeper in mind. The sessions focus on footwork, body shape and other technical and tactical topics important to goalkeeper development. Each session is built with a particular topic in mind. This topic is taught, practiced and then trained throughout a progressive 90 minute session. The pace of each activity is high tempo ensuring that the goalkeeper not only gets a high number of repetitions of a particular skill but also trains their mental side of the game to deal with pressure while fatigued.
My Keeper Academy

Goalkeepers who are invited to train at My Keeper Academy participate in a demanding environment that integrates dynamic speed, agility and reflex reaction exercises in a small group setting. Coaches combine technical and strategic instruction in order to develop a high level of game play competency
