David Marcantel '25 Recruiting Profile

I’m david marcantel and I play striker for AHSA commandos, a small homeschool team. We won the last 5 state championships for ACEL. I had scored 35 in the matter of 17 games in the 2021-2022 season. I say this not to brag but to get my name out there. In non pride, I am a very dedicated person, I have a very good work ethic. I want a scholarship so I can better improve my skills on and off the field. I love the game of soccer it is another nature for me, I am a different person on the field, I feel alive on the field. I am the best candidate for a scholarship because I am the most determined person out there, I practice everyday for almost 2-3 hours, I am not saying that to brag but to show that I care. I will put all my effort on the field no matter what, I practice my butt of to make myself a better soccer player. I can only get better from here and working on becoming the best soccer player I can be. I wont stop at just good, I will never stop practicing because no matter how good you are you still need improvement. I‘m a very determined person academic and in athletics. It’s really hard to talk about yourself about this because I can talk all about myself but it is actions that take the place of words. I try my very best in every single aspect of my life and I will continue to  push myself to further lengths and I think no other player has that. I will be very grateful for a scholarship, it would mean a lot to me because the work I have put in would pay off. I want to prove myself in every way I can. Thank you so much for reading this.
