I am Thiago Filogonio Costa, I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States when I was 8 and have always been in love with soccer. Ever since I was a kid I've always dreamed of playing at a higher level and maybe even some day being on the screen as a player for others to watch. I have played for several teams from local clubs, to the ECNL level with the Spokane Sounders in Washington State, and now at the MLS Next level with Louisiana TDP. Although I have played for several teams I have always been an impact wherever i play, always showing character and my style of play, and being a great teammate and a learner. 

As of now I am in my third season of playing for Louisiana TDP at the MLS Next level in the Frontier Division. I have moved around from playing Outside Mid to Attacking mid but i feel my best as an Attacking mid and driving the ball up and creating chances. 

I have always kept a great balance between doing good in school and in soccer. I have maintained 4.0 GPA or higher throughout all my years of school and will always take academics as serious as I take playing.
