Charles Lacy '24 Recruiting Profile

I live by the saying, "The comeback is better than the setback" because in 2018 I got slide tackled from behind snapping my Tibia and Fibula. This caused me to have surgery and I was out from soccer for what felt like the longest 6 months of my life. In this time though I learned how much of a priviledge soccer is and to never take it for granted, pushing me to give 110% every time I step on the field. As I recovered I became hungrier than ever and really pushed myself to take my game to the next level continuing to work as hard as possible. I'm a diverse player being able to play different positions from Outside Back on the State Team(3), Center Mid on the Skyline Varisty Team (8 or 10), and the Right Forward (7) on my Club Team in National League Premier 1  and would be open to filling whatever position gap you have on your team.
