Braeden Chek '23 Recruiting Profile

I am an aggressive, offensive-minded player with a drive to win. While pursuing a degree in the marine sciences, I am looking to continue following my lifelong passion for soccer and make it a part of my college experience. Through soccer, I have learned to be a dedicated, leader who doesn’t give up until the final whistle. I would love to be a vital asset to your soccer program.  

Versatility and team-work have been a part of my character and playing style since an early age. In fact, after growing up as a central midfielder, I was asked by my high school coach to fill in last season at winger and later in the season as a striker. I found success at both positions, scoring key goals and contributing significantly to Manasquan High School’s first divisional championship in ten years.
