I've been in a competitive environment for my whole life. I used to do Karate and at nine years old, I was the best in Kata(form of karate) and sparring. When you lose in karate it's always your fault. There is no one else to blame. That's what makes it so competitive. I grew up in Millburn which is recognized as having one of the most competitive schooling systems in New Jersey. I started playing soccer at 13. All of my peers have been playing since they were 2 and 3. Soon enough I would start over them on the teams Id play for. However starting so late came at a cost. I lacked many of the technical abilities my peers had(which was expected), experience and soccer IQ. After I finished my technical sessions I would watch games (mainly barca) and analyze how they broke down their opponents. I would study goalscorers like Ronaldo and Messi and see how they created goal scoring chances for themselves. I also studied Attacking Midfielders like Ozil when he was at Madrid to see how they carried the ball and created chances for their forwards. Working hard and giving my best isn't new to me. I am they type of player that likes to help their teammates. Whether its a piece of advice or constructive criticism. Because one player is only as good as his teammates. In 2016 and 2017 I was recruited by the PSG Academy based in New York to play with them in the first and second PSG academy cup. Teams from France, Brazil, Morocco, India, Qatar, Canda, Egypt and many more Academies attended this tournament. I captained my team to two 3rd place finishes. I am hard worker and I help my teammates as much as I can so we perform to the best of our abilities.
