Zachary Barr '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old. I knew I wanted to play at a high level the first time I stepped on the field. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life.

I have excellent ball handling skills and strong legs. My strong legs give me the ability to make high diving saves and allow me to distribute the ball up the field. I am a team leader and try to lead by example and also encourage my teammates. I am coachable and try to be one of the hardest working players every time I hit the practice facility or field.  Every day I try to get better and better. 

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. It's important to me to attend a college where I can maintain my grades in the classroom and succeed on the field. I want to find the right college for me that also has the highest level of soccer competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to my peers and always to make my parents proud.
