Nathan West '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2008 defender who plays with intensity while also keeping a level head. I almost always play the entire game during club and school soccer. I train and practice outside of team practices in order to increase my performance and meet my goals. I was a varsity starter my freshman year of high school and earned the Defensive Player of the Year award. In school and club soccer, all of my coaches have said that as good of an athlete as I am, I also have fantastic sportsmanship which separates me from any other player on the field. I never lose my temper or allow other players to get in my head. I strive to be a good person as well as athlete. I am adaptable to my teammates and coaches. I am coachable and appreciate opportunities to improve. Academically I have always had straight A's with a rare B at times.
