Hello, my name is Jordan Gutierrez, and I hold a over all 96 Average. What I think that makes me a good candidate for the team is I like to be very motivational to others. I like to let them know they are doing well and improving, adding on to that I tend to get along  with about everyone no matter who they are. And last but not least I like to work hard on the pitch and to hear constructive criticism.
