2019-20 Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Matthew Leal. My goals for choosing the right college for me are to be somewhere where I will be treated like part of a family. I want to contribute in any way, shape or form to not only my collegiate soccer team, but also to my school in an academic aspect. My aspirations are to major in Criminal justice I am a very hard worker, quick to learn anything new and I am extremely loyal. I love helping my teammates out whether it is on or off the field. I am ready to make an impact in Fall 2021 season!

Finished 3rd in USYS Frontier Conference (Fall 2018/Spring 2019). 2019/2020-Currently 3rd Place in CCSAI Division 1. Finished 6th in Frontier Conference. Attending Lonestar Soccer Showcase (Austin, TX) and Disney Soccer Showcase (Florida) in November and December 2019.

Selected to play in 2018 Dallas Cup. 2018 North Texas State Cup Champions by going 5-0, allowing only 2 goals for the entire tournament (Goal differential +17). Defeated FC Dallas Premier 03B in Finals 5-0. Attended 2018 USYS Southern Regional Championships as NTX U15B representative.
