Theo Drennan '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Theo Drennan and I play for Richmond United U17 in the ECNL. I am a central midfielder. My strongest attributes are passing (both feet) by switching the point of attack or playing balls in behind. Tackling on my feet and on the ground. Breaking lines of pressure off the dribble. I was invited to attend a U.S. Soccer Youth National Team Regional Training Center with only 30 other players from the DMV area. I have aspirations of someday playing professional football abroad or locally. Before that, I dream of playing at the highest collegiate level whilst working towards my degree. I think what separates me from other recruits is my background. I was born in Curitiba, Brazil and lived there half my life. Not only was that where I learned to love the beautiful game but also where I established the foundation of my skills.
