Ben Carpenter '20 Recruiting Profile

My biggest goal has always been to play at the collegiate level. Ever since I first started playing soccer when I was five years old, I had a feeling that this was the sport for me. I just recently moved to a new club in Seattle, looking to further develop my skills as a soccer player and hopefully get more exposure to college coaches. I live in Bellingham, Washington which is about two hours away from where I practice, and we practice 3-4 times a week. This sets me apart from other players, because half of my day is filled with soccer, but I still manage to keep pretty good grades. Plus I am in running start so the majority of my schedule is college level classes which takes a lot more time and effort to complete assignments and stay caught up with the class. I also just really love this game, and I would be thrilled to play anywhere in college. Although my highest goal is to play Division 1 or Division 2 soccer, I would be happy to play at any college level.
