I consider myself to be a very quick learner I prefer to be helped step by step so I can master or at least know how to do what I am told to do. I know that team always comes first and know that individual performance should be behind team performance because the team is what makes you good not yourself. I am a hard believer in you're only good as the guy next to you. I am very outgoing and know how to communicate good and be a good figure for younger players.
