Hello, I'm Raahil Subba, and swimming is my true passion. I focus on the 100 & 200 breaststroke and the 100 & 50 freestyle. I've spent countless hours in the pool, working on my stroke and technique, which has helped me see consistent improvement. I can't wait to push my limits even further in college swimming.
Swimming has taught me so much about perseverance and patience. It has shown me that my performance is a reflection of my work. The feeling of being surrounded by teammates who share the same drive and determination. Together, we uplift each other, turning what is often seen as an individual sport into a deeply connected team effort. The relentless nature of the water pushes us to be the best version of ourselves, both in and out of the pool. One of the most impactful pieces of advice I've ever received is, "The water owes you nothing, and every time you drop time, it has to be from your own blood, sweat, and tears."
Swimming has become the center of my life, and I couldn't be happier about it.
