Marshall Knight '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Marshall Knight and I play for my high school team at American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North Campus. 

I practice as often as I can, typically every morning before school starts to work on my serve, ground strokes, volleys, footwork, and more. I graduate high school this upcoming year in May of 2023. I would like to play at a D1, D2, or Junior College, and get into a business school.  

I believe I would be an important player for your team because of my skill level and focused mental game. I have developed a great mindset over the years which subsists of staying calm, focused, and optimistic on and off the court. I also am a great team player with good sportsmanship. 

I am right-hand dominant and I have a two-handed backhand. I play as an aggressive baseliner, and my serve is my biggest strength.  

I haven't played in USTA-sanctioned tournaments within the last 12 months, but I am registered for many upcoming tournaments and I will update my rankings soon.

My UTR rating is between 4.50 and 6.50, but I will get an exact UTR rating soon.
