About Me:
I'm the oldest of five children, and I'm 17 years old. My father started his landscaping company when he was just 15 years old. While my mother stays at home with the kids and works as a baker's assistant when she can. After deciding that college at KU wasn't for her, my mother transferred to BSU for a year. While my father's business continued to expand, he chose not to go to college.
I was brought up by my parents to be a child that tries everything and is highly receptive to new experiences. I participated in practically all sports as a child, but tennis, hockey, baseball, swimming, and soccer clicked with me the most. As a kid, I focused mostly on those sports and gave them my all. All the way from sixth grade to my freshman year, I was a club hockey player. However, at that same time period, I mainly only played tennis during the summer, and it wasn't until my sophomore year that I started understanding my potential in the sport and realize how much I liked to play the sport.
Being a committed young person, I want to fulfill my dreams of participating in an ROTC program and being a college athlete because my ultimate goal is to join the FBI, and I think that playing college tennis and participating in an ROTC program will help me get to that point. This is because I have to demonstrate my dedication and commitment to both of these programs.
