Camilo Gomez '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello all, I am a class of 2025 junior residing in Alexandria, Virginia. I recently committed to playing competitive tennis after playing three years of high school tennis while also playing MLS travel soccer for the last 8+ years. Coaches, I believe myself to be someone who supports his team no matter what, being a teammate who is constantly on the fence urging my teammates on before and after my own matches. For me, the sport is not only individual performance, but positive influence on the team.  My goals are to play D2 or D3 college tennis starting my Freshman year.  Last year I won the Tennis Athlete of the Year from the city of Alexandria not only based on my performance, but because of my commitment to the team and all the players and all the while maintaining at 4.1 GPA.  I will bring this commitment and strong academics to my college tennis team.
