Preston Merchant '24 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been running a lot of my life but i have not taken it seriously till this year and i already have been making huge improvements i went from 18:20 my freshman year to 16:12 in the 5k my junior year  and i still have two full years of training until college. Running is a huge part of my everyday life and I love it. Ever since my brother went to run for a D1 college it really encouraged and pushed me to train and run harder then I ever have. Ive changed my eating, my sleep schedule, and almost everything in my life. Through the years I have learned discipline, consistency, sportsmanship and much more and I would love to continue my training and learning into college.
