Josh Maddox Junio...Personal Statement
I am a student athlete who currently competes at the Varsity level for Cross Country, and soon to be track (long distance), I also play Varsity basketball. I have been a athlete all my life and honestly, when I started Cross Country is was mainly to keep me in shape for the upcoming basketball seasons.... I had no idea that my times would consistently place me in the top 10 in the races. I strive for excellence and I always want to do better than before. My Collegiate goals are to excel in the classroom and on the court/field. I want to be a great teammate and represent my team and school to the best of my ability. I am different from others because I have pure drive and desire to be the best and do the best. I believe in building strong bonds with coaches and teammates and setting good examples for others.
