Personal Statement

As a senior, I am trying the best I can to put my name out to colleges across the nation. I train hard every day and give my all in everything that I do. When I have rough days (whether it be during a race or at practice), I brush it off and continue to move forward. Regardless of if I have done better or worse, I know that I have not stayed the same. Through that change, I am filled with hope that tomorrow will bring new opportunities. I aspire to be one of the best long-distance runners in the country. For me, it all starts with the team. I want to feel a part of a team where I am being guided every step of the way. For this reason, finding the most supportive college program is crucial to my success as a runner.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
