Joseph Derhake '21 Recruiting Profile

Frankly, I'm a bit shy, quiet, and often confused. However, I never back down from the truth or my friends. And those friends include my fellow teammates. I train with passion and an uplifting attitude, keeping heads high and spirits raised. And when faced with a challenge, I keep my composure, focus, and put my heart and soul on the track. I consider myself a fairly bright young man. I always have an answer for nearly any question, and I can read people and see social constructs with ease. I also push myself in class, tackling subjects that I struggle with. I will say, I'm no A+ student, but I am  a mind with potential.
