Personal Statement
My collegiate goals are to major in Business with a coaching minor. I really want to throw discus for a college. I am very dedicated to sports. I have always been in multiple sports. As a freshman I was a starter for all of the freshman and sophomore football games. As a sophomore I started on the varsity football team, Varsity wrestling line-up and Varsity Track Line-up and have since. I very rarely missed a practice. My most recent semester GPA was 3.77, and my overall GPA is a 3.3. I have maintained around this GPA while being a 3 sport athlete and also being in band.
I have always been very coachable. I am continuously challenging myself; looking to better my skills and improve my PR. I am very respectful and have always done anything my coaches have told me to, as well as being a good team player. In 2019 I received the awards for MVP of Throws, and Sophomore Discus 1st place for the Mississippi Valley Conference. I was team captain for the 2020 season. This year I will earn my 3rd varsity track letter; making 9 varsity sports letters by year end. Additional sports accommodations are listed under my football and wrestling sections.

- I started playing flag football in the 2nd grade, and in the 3rd grade I started playing with pads. I started track and field in 5th grade and wrestling in 7th grade. I remain in all three sports today.

- In 9th, I played every freshman and sophomore game. Grades 10-12th I was a varsity starter; earning my 3rd varsity letter this year. In 2018 and 2019 I received the Varsity Coaches Award . I was 2020 summer team captain.

- In 2019 I received the Smith Newcomer Award. In 2020 Team Captain and MVC Honorable Mention. I won 1st place in the 2020 Central Invitational, and four 3rd place awards. This year I will receive my 3rd varsity letter.
