Personal Statement
I am a student-athlete who consistently has done well in school as well as in Track and Field and Cross Country. I work hard during workouts and personal practices. I continuously work to improve myself better overall on and off of the track. Even through pain in my workouts I give my all and want to continue to do so. I also find it very important to have a good relationship with my coaches and peers on my team. As much as I want to push myself to be better, I also want to push my teammates past their limits to be better. I pride myself in not having too much of an ego and if a teammate surpasses me in my work, I will congratulate them rather than bring them down about it.
