Jake Velazquez '20 Recruiting Profile

I'm excited to become a collegiate athlete as I want to better myself as a runner and as a person. I'm willing to work hard to achieve my goals and my dream is to take my running ability as far as I can go. I would like to be with a team that is supportive and hardworking like I am, as a good environment will motivate me to push to my maximum.  I love distance and I'm compassionate in training, but very competitive when the gun goes off. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me!
