Rybarski 5/8/19 N...Throwing has been a passion since I was in fifth grade. Through my experience I had learned so many valuable lessons, ones which I will keep close forever. I have had so many positive memories in track and field, and am always excited for practice. I have learned that improving upon myself and improving my throws are some of the most rewarding things. I love to work hard in and out of practice. I take pride in my grades and always give 100 percent effort. I am also a great peer to have on any team, considering the winter track team at our school lacks a throwing coach, it is my job to teach others, and to teach myself. This has not only improved my skills working with helping others, but has helped me notice my own flaws. The lack of a coach has also made our team largely self sufficient, those who want to succeed will push themselves because there is no coach to do that for you. My drive to constantly improve, and my willingness to help others I believe makes me a great addition to any team.
Academics are of utmost importance to me as well. I want to pursue a career in engineering and I would love to go to college where I could receive the best education, while being able to continue my passion for throwing.
