Jacob Joe '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob Joe  and I am a 800m,  1600m, and 4x800m runner from Columbia, SC.  I've been competitively running for 3 years, I also run Cross Country and was awarded 1st team All- Region.  During my high school career I have been consistently lowering my PR.  This season my goal is to run 1:53 in the 800m and 4:30 in the 1600m.  I have a strong competitive drive and will work hard to be one of the fastest runners on my college team, also encourage and push my teammates if needed.  I'm looking for a good fit where I can make a positive contribution to the team my first year, continue to improve my times. My education is just as important as my athletics and is always put first. I put my all into everything I do and won’t back down from a challenge.
