Ethan Welch '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ethan Welch and ever since I started running cross-country and track in the sixth grade, it has been my ambition to compete in track and field at the collegiate level. I have always taken pride in being the hardest worker on the team. I try to lead through example and I am always willing to stay longer to help my fellow teammates so that we can all develop and become stronger as a team.  I enjoy competing in the decathlon so that I can become proficient at more events and can support my team in whatever capacity is needed. I believe that my strong work ethic and ability to adapt would make me  a valuable addition to the right college  team. Thank you.
