My name is Mason Mandell. I am in the graduating class of 2025. I go to Bishop Blanchet High School, Seattle Washington. I am a 6'2 and play multiple sports. I spent most of my youth focusing on basketball, and expanded to track and football in high school. During my junior year, I really found my passion with track with a focus on the 400m. I also run the 100m and 200m, but the 400m has been my sweet spot. I was part of my high school track team that won the boys district championship, and was part of the 4x400 team that went to state. The excitement and love of track has driven me to set goals for myself. I have been training through the summer to work on my endurance, increase speed and explosiveness. My goal is to bring my 400m time to sub 49 seconds. My best split is currently at 50.9 seconds. My involvement in multiple sports has set me up to be a well-rounded athlete. I am dedicated in not only becoming a successful athlete, but a student as well. I am currently sitting at a 3.2 cumulative GPA. I enjoy being part of a team and working toward a successful future together. I looks forward to what is yet to come.
