Joshua Rynberk '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal as a college athlete is to graduate with a degree in cyber security and also play on a volleyball team that promotes a strong bond with teammates and challenges me to be the best player I can be both mentally and physically.  As a student I plan on maintaining a very high GPA just like I did in high school while also being a committed and valuable member to the team I am apart of.  I love being challenged to learn new things and I love to work at the same thing over and over again until I master it as I believe that hard work and dedication will make you the best player possible.  I like bonding and developing a positive relationship with my teammates that extend off the court.  Being on team for me means that you are apart of a family that will be with you always encouraging you, picking you up when you fall, and sticking with you no matter what.  On the court I like to be vocal and help lead the team in the right direction by setting a good example but I also recognize that I still have much to learn and I will always be coachable.  I do not fear criticism, in fact I encourage it as it makes me a better player.   I will always take full responsibly for my performance.   I love to play the game of volleyball and I look forward to being part of a team in college.
