Linda Holman '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Linda Holman and I'm in the class of 2021.  I strongly believe that I have a chance at being a successful player and role model to any college. I've been playing basketball ever since the 3rd grade and I'm self taught.  I started taking basketball more seriously my freshmen year of high school. Being on the JV team gave me a hint that I could things many girls can't, such as scoring 21 points in a single game and being a team leader.

I've never had a personal trainer to guide me through all of my wrongs. I mainly learned how to correctly play basketball by constantly watching YouTube videos on tips and ways on how to develop my game. I'm very dedicated and determined to play basketball at the collegiate level. I'm not just an athlete, I'm a student-athlete. I take my education very seriously because I want to be successful in the future. My mom allows tells me to aim for an A instead of a B or C. 

I am a person who inspires and encourages others.  I love seeing people smile and happy.  I definitely plan to bring a great atmosphere to any college women's basketball program.  I know how to handle the ball with ease and I can shoot very superior, especially from the 3 pointer line.
