It gives coaches/recruiters a platform for them to see the skills, highlights, academics, and key stats for any player they would like. You have to keep your expectations in check…if you want to play you may not go to a big college but if you are talented you can play for a smaller school. Always keep all your options open. Even though certain deadlines do occur the coach—in this case Coach Harris—gives you real feedback. For instance, even though legally or technically a coach can call you realistically they’re not necessarily going to do it right away because they’re looking at older grad class players first. Those are the kinds of things that definitely do help us navigate this process.”

“Coach McGovern has been an excellent unexpected change in coaches. He offers valuable feedback to my son and lets him know what to work on to prepare himself for the next level. Previous coaches have been less specific about what my son needs to work on to prepare to be a competitive college recruit. One was good in preparing a roadmap, but McGovern has been very direct and helpful for the couple of months he has been assigned to our family, and it’s very refreshing and welcome.”
