One of our core values at NCSA is “direct and honest communication.” In that spirit, we consistently get feedback from our families by asking “how likely are you to recommend NCSA?” Since 2016, we’ve received more than 21,100 women’s and men’s volleyball reviews rating our service, products and people on a 1 to 10 scale. 10 means “extremely likely to recommend” NCSA, and 1 means “unlikely to recommend” NCSA.
The Fuller family first connected with NCSA at a high school recruiting seminar. Fast forward to today, as Scott Fuller looks back on how NCSA helped his daughter navigate the college recruiting process and commit to the University of San Diego, where she played volleyball for four years.
Lauren Fuller says the biggest misconception she had about athletic recruiting was that college coaches would reach out to her to start the process. Her NCSA Volleyball Recruiting Coach was instrumental in helping her overcome the more stressful parts of the volleyball recruiting process by teaching her how to communicate with coaches and how to determine whether a coach was interested in pursuing her as a recruit.

“Reaching out to coaches is very difficult. You have to go to their website and navigate it to find their information. To do this for 1 college takes time. To do this for 50 colleges takes forever. Then throw in if the college has the major you are looking for and now, you’re talking about something that could take 10 hours just to find the information on that many schools. In addition, we emailed special targeted schools from personal emails and received no response. When we sent emails using NCSA, we got quick replies from the coaches. I think coaches know that the emails are real, and they don’t just get deleted or glossed over.”
