I have 15 years of coaching and playing football experience at all Collegiate levels. I played Defensive End at Division 1 Savannah State University as well as earned my Bachelors degree in History. I began my Collegiate coaching career in 2014 at Marietta College as the Defensive Line Coach. From Marietta, I was the Defensive Line Graduate Assistant at Division 2 Southwestern Oklahoma State University and earned my Master’s Degree in Sports Management in 2016. After earning my Master’s Degree I accepted the Defensive Line and Recruiting Coordinator position at Tyler Junior College. While at TJC, we were ranked as high as #2 in the country and throughout four years years I led the outgoing recruiting efforts that saw over 100 of our players sign a scholarship to a 4 year University. After four great years at TJC, I accepted a position at Division 2, Texas A&M Kingsville, where I coached the Defensive Line and was the Recruiting Coordinator. My next stop was Division 2, University of Texas-Permian Basin where I held the position titles of Defensive Line, Run Game Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator. While at UTPB we won the Lone Star Conference Championship in our first year as a staff. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to be back at Texas A&M Kingsville as the Special Teams Coordinator, Linebackers Coach, and Recruiting Coordinator.
Throughout my Collegiate coaching career I coached and mentored 20 All Conference players and 2 All-Americans.
I came to NCSA because of the great reputation NCSA holds in providing opportunities for student-athletes across the nation. I feel that my experience aligns well with the mission of NCSA and I am excited to contribute my experience and connections that I have in Collegiate Football.
I reside in Edinburg, TX with my Wife Maria, our son Anthony, and our two dogs, Frankie and Freddie.
