I joined NCSA in 2025. The most rewarding part of working for NCSA is that I get to bring the extensive experience I have working on the phone, connecting with families, and guiding the families in the right direction in this recruiting process.
I am a goal-oriented person, I thrive on challenges. I have worked with clients in my different roles and have been able to meet people from all around the world, from various backgrounds. This has allowed me to learn about their lives and backgrounds, which has been a great skill to find similarities and common ground with strangers. This has made it easier to approach new people and make them feel comfortable working with me. I see love and passion in everything I do, I have a steady source of motivation (My daughters) that makes me challenge myself to be better and not to settle. I have well-defined organizational skills and tools to make myself increase efficiency and stay on top of everything I need to do, constantly reviewing my work to determine how close I am to completing my projects and deadlines.
The most rewarding part of working at NCSA is knowing my company is truly making a difference in the lives of student athletes and their families,” and not “the most rewarding part of working at NCSA is helping families like you.
