I started working at NCSA in August 2018 and ever since I have started I have loved every second of it. The overall goal of NCSA is what makes me so proud to be a recruiting coordinator here. Having the opportunity to personally make a difference in student athletes lives as well as their families is such a rewarding task that keeps me going every day. Getting to learn about each individual student athlete is such a unique experience here at NCSA, and makes me very proud to be a part of such a great company.
At Southern Illinois University Carbondale, I studied business management and put a huge focus on my grades. My favorite NCSA recruiting success story is having three previous classmates of mine introduce NCSA to me. All three of them spoke so highly of the company they worked for and absolutely loved the environment of NCSA. Being able to follow up on their reccomendations and myself personally getting a position at NCSA, I can now see exactly what they were talking about. Being able to tell people exactly what I do at NCSA in conversation is an opportunity I never pass up, because I can hear the excitement in their voice from their reaciton and I get a sense of pride in myself.
When I am not working at NCSA, I am typically hanging out in my hometown of Bartlett, Illinois. Here I am usually at the driving range with friends hitting golf balls or watching a bears or cubs game. I look forward to continue connecting with families throughout the country and helping student athletes play at the collegiate level.
