2019 HighlightsIf anything I am super competitive. Winning is great, but losing is for growth and development as a person. When you win, you know that you have met a goal, but when you lose, you know there is room for improvement. Even a 90/100 is not perfect but you are getting there. Enough with philosophy!
During my freshman year in high school, I was a member of the Thompson High varsity team coached by Kevin Todd. Our team had a very solid season with a 38-5-1 record in the 7A class, but we fell one game short of the state tournament. During the season, I made 31 appearances with a record of 12-2 and 7 saves. My ERA was 2.01 over 97 innings pitched, with BAA of .174, and 94 strikeouts to 34 walks.
Most importantly, I enjoy school and sports. I love a challenge of any sort too. I am looking for a school that will challenge me in all aspects of life. However there is a difference in a challenge and then breaking yourself with too much. Finding a good balance in everything and not being afraid to lose it is a big goal for me.
