Personal Statement

 Hello! I'm Adrianna Engle and my passion is softball. It has brought me through rough spots and greatness. I have played since I was four, in a “Cap Ball” league. Over the past years I have grown immense amounts. This year was my freshman season and it was great. I learned a lot. I grew on my maturity levels, as well as my sports, and as a person. Softball has brought out a leader in me and taught me work ethic on many many many levels. As catcher it’s not a simple job. But I love it with everything I have. It has taught me team work and that without unity you will go no where, how to have a good attitude no matter what, and lastly to always give everything you have.

  • AwardsI was awarded first place in the math bee 2016 for ciphering. I was given the AR award every year of elementary school. I have been awarded the Science award and the Social Studies award. I was given the teacher award several times. I have been picked for the Math Bee team, and given the Math Bee award every year since fifth grade. I was inducted into Junior National Beta club in the fourth grade and in the seventh I was inducted into the National Beta Club. And I am now also a part of The National Society of High School Scholars, FCCLA, FBLA, FFA.
  • ActivitiesI attend Church frequently. I love to Deer hunt, fish, go boating with my big sister and nephews. I enjoy working out and learning new things. And being outdoors in general. I was on the math bee team, and plan to be on it this year, and we won first place in the Etowah county math bee last year in the ciphering area of the competition. I have taken music appreciation and Agricultural science this past year. I am currently taking FACS.
