Cameron Macdonald '26 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a college sophomore, attending Williston State College, in Williston, North Dakota. 

My Freshman year I was awarded All Conference and All Region awards as the starting Centerfielder and leadoff hitter for WSC. 

I have played softball since I was in grade 5. Through my years in this sport, I have gained many skills such as cooperation, leadership and a competitive nature. Softball is a game I fell in love with the first time I stepped onto the field. Over the course of my ball career, I have had many incredible and unforgettable years but I have also had years that have been a struggle coaching wise, team wise and individually. As a result of the difficult years, I have gained resiliency as well as the mental toughness to push through and keep moving forward. As my love for the game has been jeopardized at times for different reasons, I have pushed through and continued to gain it back. I want to pursue my years of this game into a 4 year level and I am looking for a high level, competitive and safe environment within the team and school and something that  best fits me for what I need to excel.
